The villa has a sensational view of the sea (Atlantic) and the Teide, it is located only 5 minutes from Puerto de la Cruz.
It has 3 floors. In the basement there are several rooms which can be used as billiard room, garage, wine cellar, additional kitchen, staff rooms, etc.
On this floor is also the whole technology for the sound system, poll, air conditioning, electricity, water etc. for the villa.
In the middle floor is the large living room with adjoining large kitchen and direct access to the great pool.
Also, there are other rooms such as library, bedrooms, bathrooms, toilets and changing rooms.
Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms / WC, walk-in dressing room, viewing platform overlooking the living room.
All bedrooms have direct access to the balcony with sensational views of the sea and the Pico del Teide.
Throughout the house and on each floor there is also a sound system which can be controlled individually.
The house is also equipped with a solar system, an air conditioning and an automatic ventilation system with temperature control.
